Parting ways is part of Ari Lennox's "soft girl" era.
The Shea Butter Baby artist was seen sporting a personalized hot pink bikini with the words "soft girl era," etched onto it on the shore of Clifton 4th Beach in South Africa, as the world learned of the amicable split with Dreamville.

According to TMZ Hip Hop, "Pressure" singer-songwriter is no longer a part of the Revenge of The Dreamers roster and has organically signed with the Interscope label.
The split comes as a result of Lennox' frustrations toward Dreamville and Interscope for the lack of support and mishandling of marketing and promotions amid the then-recent release of her single "Smoke," which she expressed via Instagram LIVE.
Interscope and Dreamville have been playing with me all month, and I'm so exhausted," Lennox wrote on her IG story last October.

I'm so tired of people treating me like they're sorry for me and like I'm the face of mental health. I'm okay, and I've never been happier. What I don't like is being signed, lied to, and manipulated. Not one person at those labels ever knew how to market or protect me...this industry stuff will never be for me."
The single was released six months ago on YouTube and amassed 863,000 views. Fans throughout the comment section underscored that they only learned of the drop via her LIVE while pleading for her to get the label backing she deserves.
The Washington, D.C. native closed her Dreamville chapter at Dreamville label owner J. Cole's fifth and final Dreamville Festival this April.

"Thank you for making my dreams a reality," she shared from the stage.
